Your account and your training records are stored by Supabase. Pelma has no processing backend of its own: the exercise programme runs entirely on your phone.

Intellectual property

The Pelma name, logo, interface, texts, illustrations, exercise programme and code are the exclusive property of CROLAB or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproducing, representing or distributing them, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data

Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your personal data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Write to contact@pelma.app to exercise those rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Not a medical device

Pelma is a wellness and education app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not replace a consultation with a doctor, a midwife or a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

The questionnaire used during setup is based on the ICIQ-UI SF, a published clinical questionnaire. The app uses it to personalise your programme and to let you follow your own change over time. The result it shows you is not a diagnosis.

Talk to a healthcare professional before starting if you are pregnant, less than six weeks postpartum, recovering from pelvic surgery, or if you experience pain, bleeding or any new symptom. Stop and seek advice if an exercise hurts.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pelma is sold through the App Store. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms — CROLAB cannot issue a refund itself. Subscription terms are set out in the Terms of Use.

Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
