Delete your Pelma account
This page explains how to delete your Pelma account and the data attached to it. Pelma is published by Crolab. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app
Open Pelma, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your account and all associated data from our servers and from your phone, immediately.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to contact@pelma.app from the email address you used in Pelma and ask us to delete your account. We process every request within 48 hours.
What is deleted
Everything: your profile, your email address, your assessment answers and score, every leak and dry day you logged, your session history and your progress. We keep nothing except what the law requires us to keep, which is limited to purchase records (invoices) held by our payment processors for tax purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel a Google Play subscription in the Play Store (Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), an App Store subscription in your Apple ID settings, and a website subscription via the link in your receipt email or by writing to us.
